I’m David, a Personal Trainer at STF Houston.
With a foundation in bodybuilding and more than 15 years coaching clients, I specialize in correcting movement patterns, improving mobility, and helping people train without pain while building real, sustainable strength.
My philosophy is simple: focus on being 1% better every day and let the work speak for itself.
When I’m not coaching, I’m in the gym refining my own training or spending time with my family.
